Shipping Policy

All orders ship United States Postal Service USPS

* Stock Orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Usually when ordered before 2PM Central time, they will ship the same day.

* Custom Name and Number Orders usually ship the next day depending what time they are ordered. Morning orders have the best chance of shipping same day.

* FULL Custom Designs usually take about a week start to finish. Depending on the artwork.

Return & Exchange Policy

Simple. If you're not happy with our grip donuts. We want to hear about it. Contact us, Let us know about the problem, and we'll replace or refund your order.
